QUALIFYING ASK FOR APPS SUBMISSION

Complete all fields for eligible Goodyear Credit Card applications.
Complete associate information must be provided including a store/non-sig number.
Eligible Goodyear Credit Card applications are those that are complete and valid (as determined at Citibank, N.A.'s discretion) Goodyear Credit Card applications submitted during the promotional period.

GENERAL RULES

Duplicate/fraudulent submissions may result in being ineligible to continue participation in this program.
Forms cannot be submitted on another Associates behalf and will only be paid to the Sales Associate that processed/assisted customer with the application.

GOODYEAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, REVISE, OR DISCONTINUE THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

You may not qualify for participation in the Ask For Applications incentive program if you are participating in another Goodyear Credit Card incentive program. Payroll payment issued by Goodyear.
